Since I bought it I had never heard the instructor, all it comes trough the speakers or the usb headset its a clicking cut off voice unintelligible.
I have tried every recommendation I found on the forums and still cant hear anything.
Can you help me troubleshoot this?

Hi:
I am sure we can solve this for you - here are some questions:
At FS Instant Help - Settings screen - help options -
Make sure DISABLE SOUND is OFF (not checked).
Most PCs have several different sound cards in them - how many does yours have? They are listed at the FS Instant Help Settings screen when the Sound card setup - Other option is chosen.
What are their names?
Have you tried each one in turn?
If you launch FS Instant Help without any other software running, and then go to
Settings screen - help options - listen to instructor
how does it sound?
Are you using any other sound software on the PC? (Any software that listens to you microphone or plays sounds or music, such as Voip, Spotify, WinAMP, Skype, etc).
If you are, make certain that they are not running at the same time as FS Instant Help.
Please let me know.
