I purchased FSFlying school on May 12,2016 and as of today, May 24, I have not received my code numbers so I can activate my product. How do I get them? I understand that today I should be able to use my full version. I currently have the Demo installed in my FSX sim. I live in the USA (Florida)

I'm afraid I don't know your name but rest assured that the codes were sent - please contact sales@fsflyingschool.com with the following - they will resolve this for you. 
Please give us the following information (as much as you can and please give your best guesses if you are not sure):
- The full name of the product you purchased.
- The name of the shop you purchased from.
- The date of the purchase.
- The order number of the purchase issued by the shop or any PayPal transaction number.
- Any email address used at the time of the purchase (note that this might not be your current email address).
- The customer name used with the purchase (may have been purchased by a relative).
