I am trying the Demo that came with my PCPilot magazine. When I connect flying school all my controls stop working. I can click on a switch or button and the instructor will talk about that control but I am unable to change the position of that switch or button. Also my joystick, throttle, rudder pedals all stop working as soon as I connect flying school.
If I disconnect flying school my controls still don't work until I end the flight and then start a new flight.

Oops. I found the issue. When I switched back to FSX the program was paused and all I had to do was unpause it and all was fine. Sorry.

In FSX you can click options, then general, and you´ll find a tickbox called "pause on task switch". If you remove the tick in it - you wont get the pausing anymore.

Hi to both!
Thanks for helping Ole!
As Ole explains, the pause is an option.
Some folks like it to pause and just press P to continue the flight.
I hope you enjoy your flights - Joe Lavery at PC Pilot Magazine does!
