| I click on view all maps and save and view map function and I get a notepad script page. No map. If I click on discuss fs instant approach or the tweet button, or the website link, same thing. Only notepad script? I have reinstalled the program twice. no change

Hi:
This is very unusual - which product are you using?
Have you registered it?
Do you have an internet connection at the time you get these issues?
It sounds like an issue with the browser in use. What is the name and exact version number of your browser?
Can you please paste the contents of the messages you are getting in an email to support@fsflyingschool.com

| I am using Internet Explorer. It is a registered version of FS Instant Approach. I have windows vista 32 with Norton 360 security. It happens online or offline. How do I get the exact browser information? I will send a copy of the script I get when clicking on your link.

In Internet Explorer choose Help then About from the menu bar. The version will be shown there.
