Typically, the registration data for FSFS or FSIA or FSIH will look something like this when sent to you (this is obviously not a working set of codes) ...

60000066,56633447,64254722,A16A-6D22-A9BF-3D8A-6001

This data is sent out automatically and is always on one line.

The four parts need to be copied and pasted into the Credits Screen of our program like this:

60000066
56633447
64254722
A16A-6D22-A9BF-3D8A-6001

(note that the commas have been removed)

Alternatively, you might get data which contains your email address, but it will be in 4 parts again and should be copied and pasted in like this...

A common cause of the key being rejected is that it is not being entered into the program that was purchased. For example trying to input an FSFS PRO key into FSFS PRO 2013.

If you are still having a problem with the key, please send an email to support@FSFlyingSchool.com with a screen shot of the data you have entered on the screen - showing your entire PC screen. DO NOT POST THAT INFORMATION HERE ON THE FORUM AS IT IS YOUR PRIVATE DATA AND NOT TO BE SHARED.

To send us a screen shot, press the Print Scrn (print screen) button on your PC keyboard to capture the entire screen and then PASTE that information into an email.
 
To PASTE the screen capture, simply press Ctrl V while typing in the body of an email to us. The email will need to be in HTML format (not plain text).
 
If you have any problems doing this - you can always just take a picture of the screen with a digital camera and send us that picture. As long as the picture is clear we can use that!

The purpose of the screen shot is not, as some have commented, so we can make sure you are not mistaken  , it is so that we can see what the problem is and help!
