Have voice command and
c-172 detail pack for FSFS 11. Will voice command transfer over to FSFS pro? I Understand that FSFSPro includes C-172 detail pack.

Thanks for your question - I will answer it anyway as other folks may benefit from the information... 
- Voice Command Pack can be used with FSFS2011, FSFS PRO (FSX) and also FSFS PRO (Prepar3D).
- Cessna 152 Detail Pack can be used with FSFS PRO (FSX) and also FSFS PRO (Prepar3D).
- Mooney Detail Pack can be used with FSFS PRO (FSX) and also FSFS PRO (Prepar3D).
- On Approach PLUS Pack can be used with FSFS PRO (FSX) and also FSFS PRO (Prepar3D).
Cessna 172 Detail Pack used to be separate but is now built into FSFS PRO (FSX) and also FSFS PRO (Prepar3D).
FSX Boeing 737-800 Detail Pack is built into just one product - FSFS PRO (FSX).
