| Thanks for the reply. I upgraded to PRO just a while back and upgraded that the other day to v5.8.2, but all I see are the same instructors. At least from what I remember they're the original instructors.

Sorry - I don't understand what you are asking.
The instructors in 5.8.2 are the same as 5.8.1 - this correct.

| I saw on the internet that you had made an American voice addition to the instructors, and I also saw on one of your ads for FSFS Pro that there are 5 instructors. All I have are the original 4.

This is a puzzle. Can you tell me where you saw this? We started out with two American and one British instructor. We added two instructors some years ago and both were British. I am keen to learn what you saw - I would like to try to correct it if possible.

This could be older material that once again I would like to correct if possible. FSFS Pro has four instructors. Can you tell me where you saw this?

I am sure the ad I saw mentioning 5 instructors was one of yours that I found a short while back when I googled FS Flight instructor addons. I just did some searching and didn't find it, but no matter. I really like your program with the exception of Mr Smith. It's not what he says, but his voice irritates me. (hope it's not you, lol.
I saw the mention of an American instructor on a forum quite a while ago. Don't remember which one, but the thread I was reading was basicly a complaint about accents.
As I said above, I'm into your program-- i have Pro, and an earlier version (maybe your first version, don't remember)

| I know this topic is about four months old, but I too was looking for the additional instructor voices and I think the confusion comes from the FSFS Manual Page 48: "You may download extra instructor files which appear on the FSFlyingSchool.com website. You can also create your own instructors using any tool capable of recording WAV files in the format shown above." I hope that helps.

Hi J:
You certainly can download extra instructor files which appear - they have appeared twice in the history of FSFS, but for some time all instructors have simply been built into the latest version of the program.
We updated the program over half a dozen times in 2012 and this keeps things current.
As I mentioned, there are currently 4 instructors, but the detail packs are often implemented by 1 or 2 or 3 instructors.
And - yes you can record your own files if you would like, as per the instructions in the manual.
