Going crazy trying to find my issue on forum, hoping someone can help save me time. Don't know if its because the new Pro versions have been coming out fast and furiously lately that I'm just now noticing but when I upload latest version, start a session as I normally do, go to check FSFS Pro settings, NOTHING in Credits - all of my keys are gone! Yes, I'm old and the brains cells are fewer and fewer, but I do not recall having to re-enter all my keys when I've uploaded a newer version of current product.
Am I wrong, as usual? Has it always been like this - having to re-enter my keys when updating to new version? Or is something else going on here, I shouldn't have to re-enter keys? Appreciate any help, guidance as it tends to put major dampener on session when I have to stop and re-enter all my keys before starting a flight ESPECIALLY with the little time I get to play.
And I usually read everything, find answers to most of my questions either on here or other sites but for some reason I'm unable to find anything related to my specific issue so I'm thinking I'm doing something wrong, no one else has experienced this problem. Help?!
Thanks,

Hi A2F:
Well, there are a few points...
Indeed - we have been publishing a lot of free updates to existing owners of FSFS Pro lately! We try to keep things fresh and exciting and it's a way of saying thanks to customers.
When you install, if you install in the same folder, the keys will remain.
If you install in a different folder - there will be no keys in that folder.
A point that has puzzled some folks - anyone who had a key for the c172 pack (with FSFS2011 or earlier) will see no reference to it at the credits screen of FSFS Pro as it is built into the product and does not require a key.
The Boeing 737-800 pack is built into the FSFS Pro product and has never required a key.
I hope this helps!

S.L.,
Thanks for the quick response. I knew I should have given more detail before posting because I knew what the response would be after reading my post again well after sending it. In the process of moving, my computer boxed up and I won't have access to it for a week or so when I can get it up and running again. I'm not concerned with furniture, refrigerator, washer/dryer - I just want my computer up and online so I can fly!!! So it's the first thing on my list after they hand me the keys - must keep priorities straight. Then, I'll get back on it, try to make sense of it and if I can't, will get back to you with more and more specific details.
As a recently constant visitor to the forum and reading the manuals religiously, I knew of keys no longer needed for certain add-on products now included in the Pro version - so that was one less thing I WAS puzzled about. I hope it may have helped someone else out that was still trying to figure it out.
I appreciate all the updates and the additional features that have come out recently. It's a great product with support being second to none. But unfortunately it's extremely hard to find enough time to spend with it with work and family functions constantly interfering. But, I'm working on that also.
Thanks again for the help.
