Hi:

Sorry you are experiencing this issue.

Our product has been told by Windows that you have FS2004 on that PC.

Perhaps FS2004 has been moved or not completely uninstalled.

Our product is trying to install FSUIPC 3 (for FS2004) and will quit if it cannot and you will not have an opportunity to register our product because it has quit.

The DLL message is caused by one of 2 reasons:

1. The folder it is trying to write to used to exist, but no longer exists

OR

2. Windows security is blocking writing the data to your disk

If Windows security is blocking writing the data, this can most likely be overcome if you run FSFS by right clicking on its icon and selecting "Run as Administrator" which forces Windows to acknowledge that you want this done. This can even be necessary if you are using an "Admin" account on the PC - please try it.

If this does not solve the issue - can you send me a screen shot of the DLL problem message on the screen and make sure that we can read the picture you send (some folks send us a very small image that we cannot read).

Send to

Please let me know if you have any questions.
