I'm having trouble reinstalling the FSFlying School and add on packs using the keys sent to me when purchased online. I keep getting invaild key when trying to register the software.

Hi - this diagram should help.
It was developed for FSFS 2011 but FSFS Pro uses the same procedure.
Note that your 1st 3 fields may be an email address - but they work the same - just copy and paste them into the 1st 3 fields.
If you still have a problem...
The fastest way to solve this is of you could send us a screen shot of the screen with the problem message on the screen.
To send us a screen shot, press the Print Scrn (print screen) button on your PC keyboard to capture the entire screen and then PASTE that information into an email to
support@FSFlyingSchool.com
To PASTE the screen capture, simply press Ctrl V while typing in the body of an email to us. The email will need to be in HTML format (not plain text).
If you have any problems doing this - you can always just take a picture of the screen with a digital camera and send us that picture. As long as the picture is clear we can use that!
