Yep-the pain-again! Three quickies if I may but same subject

Getting  on fine but I have started using FS to get its reaction to small runways (Always used airports with ILS-LOC before) These runways have no Signals/GS/LOC's so how does FS handle it (I'm flying around one of my favorite areas-loads of strips/runways-- the islands around Washington/Vancouver Bay-KHFR-KORS ect.) Basically I am trying to judge approach/Glide slopes from what I've learned already (Is there another way?) Is FS marking me on my attempts on the invisible GS/LOC or am I missing out?

Are Glideslopes constant ie the same everywhere or do they vary for area/region/topography or type of aircraft in certain localities/situations?

Also when the weather gets right crappy I'm begining to land on instruments at equipted airports-but  what on earth do I do (Or real pilots do) around these island strips?
