He can be downloaded free to existing customers and new users alike by following the link on our home page at http://www.fsflyingschool.com or directly from:
http://www.fsflyingschool.com/download/MrMitchell.zip

Just place the zip into your FSFlyingSchool    Sound    folder and extract it there.

You must extract the zip so that the files within it are in the same format as the other instructors, that is, over 300 wav files in a folder called
MrMitchell
which is itself within the    
Sound     
folder of FSFS.
