I'm in Canada and purchasing the FS2011 upgrade and recently purchased something for a friend of mine in the USA which was only obtainable from Canada. In order for him to reimburse me I thought it could be a good idea for him to purchase it and was wondering whether if this is going to cause a problem - 1. He doesn't have FS2011 so would he be able to pay for the upgrade, which I would download? 2. He would receive the code in his name, so would I then be able to use it on my installation? Don't worry if this creates problems - I'll make other arrangements. Stan
