How do I make sure that my aircraft is not receiving an ILS signal? Such as the Mooney Bravo?

In brief - set the NAV1 frequency to a random value and make sure the needles aren't moving - but to be a bit more thorough and safe, tell your radio stack to play the signal on NAV1 and make sure that you hear no morse for any ILS (you should hear no sound at all from NAV1).
