When I tried FFS with the voice pack I encounter these problems
1) FSX is very frequently paused with me doing or saying anything
2) The view can change suddenly and spontaneously
3) The instructor sometimes says 'I can hear you' even if I don't ask him.
I use Win 7 x64 and FSX SP2

This IS a puzzle.

This is the first report I can recall of such unusual behaviour.

We've looked at this and am afraid we have no technical leads on this issue.

The best thing I can suggest is that you turn off the voice pack in order to return to smooth flying.

Did you try the free demo of the voice pack in order to establish if it works well on your system?

Yes I tried the demo first and it seemed to work. Then I bought it and the problem surfaced. One more fact can I mention. It seem to be at least partly dependent on which plane I use.
The issue turns up very often in Realair SF260 and only when FFS is running. But with the Aerosoft BeaverX it's seems to be more rare. Also the problem has turned up even when voicecommand
was turned up with [5] key option. I suppose that what you mean by turnng off voicecommand since my intention is to use the product I payed for.
Another thing I could mention is that I frequently hear the system sound that indicates that Win 7 voicerecognisation fails to understand.

We have no technical solution for this, have no experience of what you are describing and it sounds like the best route might be to contact sales@FSFlyingSchool.com and ask for information about obtaining a refund for the Voice Pack.

I don't think that is necessary. I found out a way that seem to help. After starting Win 7 I have a small dialogwindow for voice recognization where I can select to turn on and turn it off.
I tried FSFS with turning it on from Win 7. To my surprse voivepack in FSFS could still hear me and responded to my voice commands and I didn't experienced the problem I described above. And this was with Realair SF260 in the same area as before. So solution don't turn on voicerecognisation from Win 7

An excellent result.

>> So solution don't turn on voicerecognisation from Win 7

Precisely - your PC needs to have Windows Speech Recognition on it, but you should not run any speech recognition software - just let FSFS recognise the voice commands all by itself.
