Well, the 'saga' of Vista/64 hopefully is over. The installation caused problem after problem after problem. I couldn't believe my eyes when my 'Start' 'Program' list took 30 seconds to display. And you can imagine the air turned pretty blue around here. Vista did not display ANY error messages in it's highly touted improved Event Viewer. But it missed a BAD hard drive.
So, after 6 hours of wrestling with it and installing new hard drives......Vista/64 was back and working - and after eliminating a few unnecessary services, it runs pretty good.
So, to prove I'm back (sans Sopwith Camel) here's a screenshot of Biggles flying an AirCanada/Jazz Dash8 between Prince Rupert BC and Smithers BC. Plane is a free download from www.premaircraft.com.
