I have a generic MSFS 2020 installation purchased through the MS Store.
Nothing really in my community folder.
I'm running FS Instant Approach 2021 v1.0.0
I'm guessing I need to update FSIA but I don't see how.

Hi Ross:
EDIT - NOTE TO ALL - Ross solved this by uninstalling and then running THE INSTALLER as an administrator. Almost every PC will NOT require this - but if you have this issue - please do it. 
I am very sorry to hear about this - let's get you up and running!
A very small number of PCs are configured such that it may be necessary to perform the following steps – please do this exactly as described – and then try FS Instant Approach again…
Run FS Instant Approach ‘as an administrator’ by changing its properties.
You should do this even if you are the only person who uses the PC and even if you are an administrator.
To do this, right click on the FS Instant Approach icon, shortcut or menu item you use to launch FS Instant Approach, select
‘Properties’ from the menu, select the ‘Compatibility’ tab, and turn ON ‘Run this program as an administrator’.
Then you can attempt to generate runway data again.
Please note that generating runway data is only needed if you have add-on airports and if their runway data is different to the standard MSFS runway data.
In most cases the differences are very small and do not much affect your experience with FS Instant Approach.
So you can avoid the problem by installing FS Instant Approach again into a new folder and not generating runway data.
Standard runway data is included with FS Instant Approach.

OK got it to work! Initially running as admin didn't seem to help so then I deleted the app and folder, then re-installed, this time running the installer as admin. All Good Thank You!
But now I'm having another problem. I'll start new post about the Blackhawk 87Y airport...
