Calling all Pilots!
If you want to generate runway data for FSFlyingSchool for MSFS 2020 or FS Instant Approach 2021 for MSFS 2020 - please use the new version 4.4.0 of
FSFSRWYS.exe
which you can download from here.
We have updated the application which generates runway for data for FSFlyingSchool for MSFS 2020 and FS Instant Approach 2021 for MSFS 2020.
A very small number of pilots experienced problems if they "generated runway data" using these products.
The runway elevation in the data was sometimes incorrect and this led to problems with approaches and more.
This has been solved!
IMPORTANT! If you have not experienced this problem you do not need to do anything.
If you have, then all you need to do is download the latest version of the application 'FSFSRWYS'
from here
then put it into your existing FSFlyingSchool or FS Instant Approach folder and finally use FSFlyingSchool or FS Instant Approach to "generate runway data" again.

Hi Jeff
I downloaded the latest FSFRRWYS.exe V 4.2.0 but still not able to generate the file.
When ran, it created 2 files. fsfrrwys.txt - 1 Kb and another fs2020.txt - 0 Kb.
I ran the prgm within FSflyingschool for MSFS2020 with no success.
I wonder what I do wrong. I need help plse.

I am sorry to hear that you have had this problem.
We have a new version 4.4.0 which should solve any problems generating runway data.
