HI
I PURCHASED YOUR FSFlyingSchool few months back, October 29th 2020, unfortunately due to issues with my computer I had to reset my computer to factory settings, unfortunately I can`t find the email with the 3 registration keys, I needed the original 3 number registration key when I redownloaded your great product on my new set up. I am normally careful however I thought I saved the codes on my one drive. I did purchase the product from yourself no 3rd party website.
this must be the bane of your life

Yes - this does come up a lot  I just try to encourage people to always keep all this information (all licenses, downloaded files and download links) in a safe place well away from the PC.
