Hello,
I recently purchased FS FlyingSchool 2020 a couple hours ago and still haven't received anything is there anyone that can help? I have already emailed Support and haven't heard anything back.

Hi Steven:
Glad to help.
The most common reason a customer does not receive the email is that the customer has a PayPal account with an email address no longer checked by the customer.
The customer is using a different email address which was not supplied in any way at the time of the purchase so of course, the product cannot be sent to it. It goes to the address supplied at the time of purchase.
For completeness - you will have read in our messages to you today that the product has been sent to you again - have a great weekend of flights!

As you can imagine FSFlyingSchool was sent within 60 seconds (below) to the address given with the payment received, which is not the address you wrote to us from.
The most common reason a customer does not receive the email is that the customer has a PayPal account with an email address no longer checked by the customer.
