FSFlyingSchool needs to write the file FSUIPC.DLL into the folder in which your installation of FS2004 resides.

FSFlyingSchool reads the location of your FS2004 installation from the Windows Registry.

The error is most likely caused because:

a) You have removed FS2004 but not uninstalled it
b) Your registry is damaged and says FS2004 is somewhere it is not
c) You have moved FS2004
d) You are not logged in as an administrator of the PC in question

If it does not exist, create a folder with the exact same name which appears in the error message and then run FSFlyingSchool again.
Make sure you are logged in as an administrator of the PC in question.
