Safe Taxi speed ... Okay. But ... What is a safe taxi speed ?
Between 10 and 20 knots ?

Hi Oliver:
The instructor warns if the ground speed is over 22 knots.
The instructor warns and deducts points if the ground speed is over 25 knots.
