A big well done to Bille who achieved the best flight score thus far attained in 2008.

This masterpiece of airmanship was performed in an FSX Boeing 747-400, for a spiffy score of 153.70 points!

Anyone who's tried to get one of the big bird's down safely will tell you it's a bit of a handful.

I usually set the autobrakes to MAX - that way, everyone gets to ride in First Class for at least part of the trip...!

Whoooo! (imitating Mr. Smith)

I always feel impressed when watching guys landing those big airliners, in real life and on in FSX on Youtube. I am a 95% small prop pilot. (FS-pilot) but maybe my time will come for those big ones too...

And to put it down to a score above 150! I´m not sure I would even try to challenge that - yet.

Great flying there.

Come on Ole - give it a try!

Anyone who has ever considered flying the heavies, but not yet taken the plunge, should, in my opinion, take a look at the really cool free Boeing 737NG flight simulator video tutorial at www.wingbest.com

It not only gives you a very easy going overview of flying a heavy, but also makes you think very seriously about pushing your spouse's car out of the garage and filling that space with... other things...

"What about my car?" I hear you ask. Forget it - if you're going to build one of these things you'll need to walk to work.

This is good as you'll need to be in shape to pass your medical exam.

Alright. I will give it a go. The tutorial that is - to begin with. If it is anything like you say, I will consider pushing her car over the side of the second longest suspension bridge in the world - the Great Baelt bridge, with her in the car. Will leave me more time to fly. I live very close to the bridge, so it will not take much time to do that one deed. That´ll teach her!

Bille has done it again and achieved the best flight score thus far attained in 2008.

Performed in an FSX Boeing 747-400, for a spiffy score of 167.70 points!

This is the 2nd best flight score on record!

Bille leads the way forward!
