| I had FSFS 2k10 and it worked fine pilot voice and everything. I went to the FSFS website and purchase the upgrade version and installed. After install I restarted my computer loaded up FSX loaded FSFS and nothing. I do not hear any Pilot voice but I do see the on screen messages. Also I completed a flight and it tracked my flight and gave me a landing and flight score. What could be the problem with my Pilot Voice?

Found the issue. So Seems like the pilot I created with FSFS 2010 did not work with FSFS 2016 upgrade. I found this out by click on one of the default pilot profiles and the instructors voice started working. I then click back on my original profile and it would not work. So I clicked new pilot and named it the same name as my FSFS 2010 pilot name click save and everything started working  . Good thing is saving as a new pilot did not do anything and I still have all my flights and logs. .

Glad you have it working!
Just following up - I can only imagine that there was some setting on the older pilot that prohibited sound, such as sound turned off. The settings are associated with the pilot of course so it is entirely possible to have one pilot who likes to fly in silence and others who do not.
Just to be clear for anyone reading this - there is nothing between versions of FSFlyingSchool which would mean that a pilot profile from a previous version would not work with a later version.
