Hi
I have a 2013 pro version saved to a secondary drive but the installer just hangs and never manages to open.
Spoke to Robert (email) on the 26th December and he kindly sent me a link to the 2013 Pro edition which I subsequently downloaded and tried to install, in order to upgrade to the 2016 Pro version. To my dismay, the same thing happens. Double click the installer as administrator and it just hangs without doing anything.
I'm running Windows 10 64 bit, any ideas?

Hi Mark:
We've just replied by email to the latest email report from you (thanks for the screen shot) so we will keep the correspondence to just that one channel or else we are troubleshooting it in two places. I fully appreciate that posting here, in addition, may get help from other forum members who have input - and if they have - we would certainly like to hear any input they may have! 
To save time for other folks I will say that, here at the sinister lab, the current suspect is... security software...
