Hi:

I can see that you've been using our software before so the first question I must ask is if the software has been working correctly for some time? If that is the case then we need to establish what
has changed.

This could be as simple as turning on on option that was not used before or perhaps more subtle such as changing your PC's configuration or USB accessories.

Has something changed?

Hi,

I reformatted my HD, and reinstalled it.

I been messing around with it here for the last 30 min now, clicking on things etc..

I think i may have fixed it.

I redid the settings.ini file. (in the other topic) and then I had to manually redo the settings inside the game, game locations, runways, etc...

And now it works. (Knocking on wood)

On side note: It is awesome how quick you reply, and are willing to help. Very much appreciated!

Hello,
I have the same problem: runtime error 2147023728 (80070490) with FSFlyingpro 2015 registred working in FSX and/or FSX-Steam Edition and Windows 10. But FSInstantApproach 01-2013 registred works OK in FSX and/or FSX-Steam Edition and Windows 10. Some idea to repair it !
Many thank for your help.
