I have been using FSFS in its various developmental stages for a while now but unfortunately I have just upgraded to the latest version for P3D and have found that FSFS will run on its own, P3D will run on its own but when I try to run both ie start P3D then FSFS I get the error message:

error 9, subscript out of range

location: FS connect

Any clues as to what I may be doing wrong?

John (using windows 7, 64bit, 8gb DDR3 ram, 4.5ghz cpu)

Hi John:

The fastest way to solve this is of you could send us a screen shot of the screen with the problem message on the screen.

To send us a screen shot, press the Print Scrn (print screen) button on your PC keyboard to capture the entire screen and then PASTE that information into an email to support@FSFlyingSchool.com

To PASTE the screen capture, simply press Ctrl V while typing in the body of an email to us. The email will need to be in HTML format (not plain text).

If you have any problems doing this - you can always just take a picture of the screen with a digital camera and send us that picture either in the email or as an attached file. As long as the picture is clear we can use that!

And... at what precise moment does the error occur? When you press connect?

Are you already in the cockpit of a plane in P3D?

Which version of FSFlyingSchool PRO for P3D are you using? 1.0 or 1.1?

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I dont think a screen shot will gain much as all it will show is P3D running in a window with 2 boxes which appear very quickly one after the other with the error message I mentioned above .

FSFS is the pro version dated Dec 12, 2012 and it does not complete loading when P3D is running. Just the two error messages appear.

It runs fine without P3D running and vice versa.

I think I have been wearing my "who's a wally" hat again, and downloaded the FSX latest FSFS pro instead of the the P3D one. I thought they would be the same I suppose and didn't give it much thought.

I'll download the correct one now and I am sure all will be well after that.

Sorry!

John

It just occured to me that the purchase I went through was to buy/upgrade the FSX version and the unlock codes may not work in the P3D version, or will they? If not, is there somehow I can unlock the P3D version without having to buy it again?!

Hi John:

OK - FSFS PRO 2013 for FSX will not work with P3D as you have seen.

We are just about to release FSFS PRO for P3D in the next few days.

The registration keys will not work with the other product - in neither direction. They are separate products.

But - our sales and support staff will be able to help you regarding your purchase of the wrong version.

Hi can somebody please advise me what I can do, I have purchased FS flying school pro 2015 from just flight and when I try and communicate with FSX I got the following error:I get an error has occurred.

Error 75 - Path/File access error
Location: WriteNiFile
I have this set on administrator and as soon as I connect to FSFSP I hear a bing and then I get the error, it asks me if I would like to contact the team but doesn't give me any contact information.
Im sat in the cockpit when it connects but it still wont work.

Please help kind of desperate here

Thanks
