If I understand your question correctly, the short answer is no, but this is something we are looking at.

FSFlyingSchool deals only with flight data collected from the time the 'Connect' button is pressed to the time the flight ends due to:
a) Normal end of the flight (e.g. landing and stop)
b) User disconnects FSFlyingSchool or quits the FSFlyingSchool application
c) Automatic disconnection by FSFlyingSchool due to abnormal situation such as a plane crash, slewing or changing the simulation rate or time of day.

In case (a), the pilot will be presented with an evaluation at the Log Book Page of FSFlyingSchool.

In cases (b) & (c), there will be no evaluation, although the pilot is told why automatic disconnection occurred if it does.

It is possible to pause a flight and then return to it later and continue the flight. FSFlyingSchool will just wait for the pilot to return and get on with the flight.

In order for FSFlyingSchool to track a flight which was saved in FS and terminated, it will be necessary for us to add logic to FSFlyingSchool to save data on the flight in progress and allow the user to load this data at a later time.
This is something we are looking at being able to offer in a future version.
