Recently, I tried out my Fly Tampa Kai Tak scenery in P3D. Plane used was the Microsoft A-321 Iberia, and I doc'd it with FS Flying School. My flight/landing scores are posted in the scoring table.

Like my FS9/FSX/P3D FS Flying School versions, I have most all of what FT sceneries are available.
I'm now getting caught up on what of these sceneries I can migrate into P3D -fortunately FT Kai Tak has a P3D installer

But unfortunately in the real world, Kai Tak is no more, and to do runway 13 with default scenery in any platform is nothing short of lame. No checkerboard approach for one, and really, just a terrible rendering of Hong Kong in general.
But thanks to devs like Fly Tampa, it can live on forever. And this FT scenery: it's nothing short of awesome.

And as far as FS Flying School goes? This is yet another why I like to use FSFS: after your flight, you can see how close to true representation flight sim does or does not show how accurate the default airport's runways, taxiways and jetways are true to life. This goes for freeware and payware addon scenery too.
FSFS always gives the most detailed accurate assessment of your flight, right up until where you shut down the engines and open the doors. It's a big selling point for me, and why I have FSFS in all my flight sim platforms.

For the most part, most freeware/payware scenery developers, M/S FSX/FS9 and L/M P3D have placed their runways true to form. Every once in a while, you will find some discrepancies (mainly in remote locations or third world country bush-flying airports), but not too often.

In my flight here, and according to my FSFS flight map, I was just a few yards from becoming a permanent attraction here in the Kai Tak Runway Park itself .
Good for me I was in a simulator...
