Okay, I was wrong. The spoiler problem wasn't happening with the A2A Cessna 172 but with the default (FSX) Cessna 172SP. But I am having trouble with FSFS not logging my flights with the A2A Cessna. What do I have to do to be sure I am ending the flight correctly and that it gets logged.

Hi:

Good to hear there is nothing wrong with using FSFS PRO 2014 for FSX with the A2A c172.

Your report is very puzzling for I don't believe we've ever received a report of such a problem with the default c172, which has been supported for 8 years.

The flight will be logged if your instructor says "OK - we're starting a new flight!".

Whether this occurs is determined by the settings made by the pilot at the Flight Plan screen of FSFS.

They can be:
a) When stopped or taxiing
b) The above PLUS parking brake set
c) The above PLUS engine(s) off

This is explained in the manual installed on your PC when you installed the product.

You can access the manual conveniently by pressing the 'View Manual' button at the Information Screen of FSFS.

Have fun!
