I've been trying to do an ILS approach at KORD using the Carenado Bonanza. I set the NAV/GPS to NAV. Set the OBS to the runway heading. Use the default altitude in the flight plan. I never seem to intercept the Glideslope. I've tried different runways with the same results. I've tried with the AP on and NAV selected and with the AP off. Please help
Thanks
Mike

Hi Mike:
As you can imagine, I don't know how much you know about this so I will cover the basics.
Is NAV1 tuned to the runway ILS?
Does the runway have a glideslope?
For that matter - which runway at KORD are you approaching (you've tried several - please name one for me so I can look at it)?
>> I never seem to intercept the Glideslope.
Is it indicated and you can't get onto it - or is it not indicated?
Please let me know and we can press on from there.
