Recently I bought FS instant pro approach from xplane.org.
After downloading the software I was able to register, then followed all the instructions from the manual to fly an approach, but unfortunately the plane is still grounded.
Please help!

Hi Alh:
Have you installed the plug-in from Sandy as described in the manual? It is an essential part of the installation - you can test it all by itself to make sure it is installed and functioning correctly without any reference to FSIA PRO.
We need to be sure that it is installed first as FSIA PRO will not move your plane otherwise.
Can you please confirm its installation - and if not installed - please install it? See manual for full details.
