I lost the 2011 install due to a hard drive failure. I would like to know if its easier to install 2011 and upgrade it or somehow update the license I have now. What is easier?

We'll get this working for you - as this relates to your private registration data and your purchase data can you please contact support@fsflyingschool.com with your registration information (if you have it) and as much of the following as you can...
- The name of the product you purchased.
- Download or CD?
- The name of the shop you purchased from.
- The date of the purchase.
- The order number of the purchase issued by the shop or any PayPal transaction number.
- Any email address used at the time of the purchase.
