Hi Guys,
Understood from your recent various e-mails that if I simply wanted to update my previously purchased registered version of the product all I had to do was download the latest Demo version, V6.4.3 and install it over my old version and the previous registration key would still be valid.
I have done that but its now saying "registration key invalid". What did I do wrong?
Regards
Hughie

Hi Hughie:
I believe I see the problem - I think perhaps that you are a registered owner of FSFS PRO, rather than FSFS PRO 2013, which is a later, different product.
We try to make the update process as clear as possible - for example our email recently said:
"If you are a registered owner of FSFS PRO 2013 for FSX/FS2004
just download and install into the same folder
as your existing registered product.
This will update your version to 6.4.3."
If you install into a NEW folder - you can try it out.
If you install into your existing FSFS folder and that is not FSFS PRO 2013, it will not be registered.
In such a case, just reinstall the product you own into the same folder. In your case this is FSFS PRO for FSX which you can download from here...
