Have purchased copies of FSF and Prepare3d . when trying to connect from within FSF , here is the error that I get.
Run-time error '-2147023728 (80070490)' Automated error Element not found
Any thoughts , how I can fix ??.

Hi:
Sorry to hear you are having a problem with the program.
This is almost certainly related to sound hardware or software and can almost certainly be resolved.
Please answer all these questions so we can help.
Do you have any sound software or equipment that is not standard Windows software or not built-in sound equipment?
Do you have USB sound equipment? If so try testing with it plugged in or not plugged in and... what were the results? (One case just like this needed the microphone to be plugged in - would not work otherwise). Same test goes for headphones.
Please let me have your answers and we will go from there!
