I,m bad hearing and I have to use the textmessages but the letters is so small that I can't read them.
Is there any possibility make the letters bigger and stay longer.

There is a program called ShowText that lets you view the text in another window (outside of FSX) or even on another PC. The download is listed on this SimFlight page.
We've never tried this program, but it should work fine and allow you to resize the font. Please let us know how you get on with it.
