Hi:
Thanks for your email and your interest in our products!
I am sorry to read that you have experienced this problem with our XP product.
Some questions...
1) Please make sure you are using the 32 bit version of X-Plane 10 and that it is not a beta version of XP. Our software is not designed to work under any other version of XP, specifically not the 64 bit version and not any beta. We look forward to supporting the 64 bit version soon.
The 64 bit version will not see the 32 bit plugins and so will not be able to function with XP10.
2) Please let me know the following information on the files
XPUIPCOffsets.cfg
XPUIPC.xpl
which I understand are now in the plugins folder of your XP installation on your PC...
- The file name
- The file date
- The file time
- The file size
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi there
My version of xplane is 10.20
XPUIPC.xpl 27/11/2010 at 22:20 254KB
XPUIPXOFFSETS.cfg 13/01/2013 at 11:47 24KB
and another thing is the only aircraft recognized is the B747 united all other it says the fsr or fsu are mising
with the b747 soon as i start my climb and retract my landing gear it auto disconnect just like that
the same happens with the 64bit just to let you know that it does connect with the b747.
i know that it not supposed to work with 64bit
thanks again
apaiva

Hi:
I am not sure about the 2 files in the plugins folder - can you please quit all programs and then download and put these 2 files in there to replace the 2 you have?
http://www.fsflyingschool.com/download/XPUIPC.zip
You would then need to start XP10, get into a plane and then start FSFS.
Also, you reported:
>> i removed from folder aircraft all *.fsr tried one by one and still the only one is b747
I am not sure I understand why this was done? The fsr files are needed by FSFS to support airplanes.
Finally - I appreciate you input regarding 64 bit XP but I need to mention again for anyone else reading this that we do not yet support it.
