I have tried this several times with two different aircraft (default Learjet and Quest Kodiak) and experienced the same odd fault.

Starting from a clean load of FSX and FIA each time.  Set airport to Cardiff (EGFF) ILS runway 30 in FIA.

On FIA connection to FSX I found that FIA had set the NAV1 frequency to 110.60 instead of 110.70 (FSX database). The first time this happened I put it down to a just a blip and manually corrected it. However it's happened several times  now so clearly there is a problem.  I should add that while the error is always the same from a clean start, it doesn't happen from a simple reconnect to FSX.

Unfortunately I've not had time to look into it further (trying other airports etc) but will test for the problem if I get time tomorrow.

I thought I'd post this on the forum now just in case it's a known bug and I can save myself a lot of time checking it out.

Bruce

Hi:

I don't believe we've seen such a report before. We cannot replicate it here, starting from loading FSX and using the default Learjet 45. We don't have the Kodiak to test.

This suggests there is something unique about your set up - but we have no leads as to what that might be.

It is entirely possible that some radios on some add-on planes cannot be set - they do not all use the same technology to interface with FSX. This is why we offer the free demo of course so everyone can test everything before buying.

Are you using peripheral radios such as Go Flight or Saitek?

Please let me know if you experience this at other airports.

Unable to replicate the problem today?  Must have occurred on at least six occasions yesterday....fingers crossed that's the last I'll see of the problem.

No, only add-ons other than FSIA are also software, namely REX, UTX Europe and GEX Europe, Accu-Feel V2, EZdok and CummulusX.

I have tried a couple more flights with the default Learjet but still unable to replicate problem. Will of course let you know if it occurs again.
