No problem - we'll get there.

FSUIPC 4 must be downloaded and installed in order for FSFlyingSchool to communicate with FSX.

The first stage to achieve is getting FSUIPC to appear as an item in the on screen 'Add-Ons' menu in FSX (was the 'Modules' menu in FS2004). If it is not there, FSFlyingSchool cannot communicate with FSX.

Could you send us a screen shot of your screen when you first encounter a problem with the installation of FSUIPC 4?

Where is FSX installed on your system? (What is the full path)?

We seem to be at cross purposes here...

FSX.exe is the program "Flight Simulator X". If you are using this program, it must be on your PC, or your network, somewhere.

I asked for its location because you reported that FSUIPC could not find it.

For example - if your PC was brand new, you would install FSX, then install FSUIPC 4 and finally install FSFlyingSchool, although you could reverse these last 2 steps with no problem.

It will appear there if correctly installed.

Does FSUIPC appear on that menu?

If not - could you send us a screen shot of your screen when you first encounter a problem with the installation of FSUIPC 4?

This forum topic was started by a user with no copy of Flight Simulator on his system.

FSFlyingSchool is an add-on product for Microsoft Flight Simulator FSX, 2004 and 2002.

All users must have one of these products already installed in order to be able to use FSFlyingSchool.
