Hi,
Recently I have bought two light aircrafts: Pilatus PC12 and Embraer Phenom100. PC12 has FSR file. For Phenom I have created FSU file. In both cases option “Flaps allowed down during taxi” is check. However Mr Smith ignores it and keeps buzzing about flaps during taxiing and after few minutes I have 400 pilot errors...

Could you please help solving it. Otherwise I will have to kick him out of the plane and make running behind until I am ready for takeoff

I have FSFS v5.8.6 and FSX on Win7-64

Best regards

KADet

Hi Kadet:

Sorry for the delay - I somehow failed to see this post.

Can you send us the FSR and FSU files involved from your PC please?

Send to:

support@FSFlyingSchool.com

If "flaps allowed down during taxi" is turned on then, no, you should not hear Smitty and friends complaining about this.

Once I have the files I will look into this!

Hi Squadron Leader,

There is no rush. It looks like Mr Smith likes some exercises

I have just sent mail.

It looks like there is some mess with PC12 FSR files, because I have fond two of them, one probably created by me . Detail you will find in my email.
Looking forward for your advice.

Hi Kadet:

Thanks for the information and for taking the time to report this.

Congratulations! You have found something in the program that needs to be corrected!

In some cases, the option "Flaps allowed down during taxi" is not functioning correctly and we will certainly fix this in the next release of FSFlyingSchool PRO.

Its release will of course be announced here in the forum and in a mailer to all forum subscribers who have not chosen to block forum emails.

Thanks again!
