Hi, I just tried to purchase the promo for FSFlying School. Gave all the pertinent infor for the card (which is not cancelled or maxed out). I checked with the issuerer and no problem there. I have the free download also. Any info from you would be helpful. Bariman

I am sorry to hear you've experienced this - we really want our customers to have a pleasant time shopping with us. 
Regrettably, I cannot suggest much to help as the processing is all handled externally by PayPal and we have no control over or input into the process.
About all I can suggest is that you might try again or try a different card - (pretty obvious I know - but that's all I can suggest). 
If all else fails, we can accept checks, but I realize that they are fast becoming a thing of the past...
