| I purchased FS Instant Approach and have the receipt number for it however I have not received the information or Key to be able to fill in the 4 boxes to be able to register and receive the full program.

Hi -
Thanks for purchasing FS Instant Approach!
The key was sent a few minutes ago - our web site explains at the point of purchase: "Simply download the FS Instant Approach DEMO and then turn it into the full version of FS Instant Approach using your purchased software registration key which you will receive via email within 24 hours."
For reference - if a key appears late at any point - it is almost certainly stuck in your SPAM filter or has been sent to the email address used with your purchase (obviously) which is not always the first place the customer looks for it...

| Hello. Since I use FSX, I had to download Version 4.80. But it is expecting a set of 3 pieces of information, which is different from what I got from my Sur Claro purchse (see below). Can you help? Polecat711

I don't mean to intrude here, but your program is so good, I hate to see reviews saying how hard it is to get it, when it really isn't. I purchased off of Flight Sim Pilot Shop,got 2 emails, one with my registration key, but not the other info regarding the other 3 pieces of info needed to complete the registration process.
I have also checked my spam folder, no luck

Sorry this has been an issue for some folks. The codes sent by our vendors can be in a variety of formats which are up to the individual vendor. The key point is that you will have been sent data that contains 4 sets of numbers. The picture below illustrates typical data (this is an example - you must use the data you were sent). The data you were sent could look like this: 25654472,52647544,26465255,0624-4340-C37D-F5C1-9900 or (25654472)(52647544)(26465255)(0624-4340-C37D-F5C1-9900) and you can see how the codes are separated by commas or parentheses or similar. The data you need to copy and paste is this (this is an example - you must use the data you were sent).... 25654472 52647544 26465255 0624-4340-C37D-F5C1-9900 Just copy and paste the FOUR individual pieces into the credits screen of FSIA and then press the Register Program button. We do NOT recommend that you type the codes as the slightest mistake will mean it does not work. Finally - As explained in the manual - you do not need to register the FSUIPC program - just click cancel if asked to do so - and you are all set.

It is disappointing when any program is criticized not based on what it does, but rather, on how it was delivered.
